2. Eligibility

  • You must be an Indian citizen or Non-Resident Indian (NRI) seeking a partner of Indian origin.
  • You must be at least 21 years old (male) or 18 years old (female).
  • You confirm that you are legally single, divorced, or widowed, and legally eligible to marry under Indian law.

3. Services

Petal & Promise is a curated matchmaking service. We facilitate introductions based on compatibility insights, but do not guarantee marriage or long-term outcomes. Our role is limited to providing introductions and guidance.

4. Membership & Fees

  • Membership is selective and subject to approval of your application.
  • Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except where legally required.
  • Services and fees may vary depending on the package chosen. Details will be shared upon shortlisting.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

We value your privacy. Personal information will be kept confidential and shared only with potential matches, and only with your consent. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Responsibilities of Members

  • You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
  • You agree to conduct yourself respectfully in all interactions facilitated through our platform.
  • You are solely responsible for your decisions, communications, and outcomes of any introductions.

7. Limitations of Liability

While we take care in our matchmaking process, Petal & Promise shall not be liable for:

  • Success of any match or relationship.
  • Any emotional, financial, or personal consequences arising from introductions.
  • Actions or behavior of members outside our direct control.

8. Termination

Petal & Promise reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at any time if:

  • False or misleading information is provided.
  • There is misconduct, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
